Our consultants have managed hundreds of residential projects ranging from small bathroom remodels to the construction of high end custom homes. We have also been involved in the development of various neighborhoods for ourselves as well as outside investors. This experience led us to develop a non-traditional approach to residential contracting and construction. By providing construction management consulting services as opposed to acting as the builder/general contractor on residential projects, our clients do not have to pay the builder's profit. They will only pay a relatively small consulting fee which a traditional builder would normally include as an overhead cost in their price matrix. As a consultant, we can offer many of the same services a traditional builder would offer such as contract management, scheduling, quality control, project book keeping, etc. We also allow flexibility in the vendors and subcontractors used. Many of our clients have a friend or family member that can contribute a service or product to their project at a discount, but most traditional builders will only use vendors and contractors in their network.
